1) Login to your Hotmail.
2) Go to "Setting/options"
then to "Personal"
then to "My
Profile"
3) Change country to "United
States" Browser
will load settings for US automatically wait for that.
4) Change the State to "Florida"
and Zip code "33332"
or any other State you know Zip code.
5) Click "Update"
and click "Continue".
6) Go to "Language"
it must be "English"

below these steps before proceeding with no 8.
7) Copy and paste "http://by17fd.bay17.hotmail.msn.com/cgi-bin/Accountclose"
in same browser URL and click go or press enter.
8) Click "Close
Account" don't
worry it does not delete your account.
9) Now again login to your Hotmail now you will find
your account is increased to 25 MB after a months it
will become 250 MB.

I want to warn that it is better to put emails in your
inbox to any other folder. Some people have reported of
losing the emails in inbox when using steps 7. Thought I
have successfully increased the size of 7 hotmail
