For this you should have a screw driver, a bicycle air pump or vacuum cleaner with attachment at the end of pipe which has small hole to throw air. Remember It should not have more air pressure then a manual bicycle air pump. Genteelly with out touching motherboard blow air over it. Clean all dust, but don't try to prick or wipe it with anything. you can clean as much the air can. After motherboard, without opening go to processor fan, power box CD, DVD box form backward. Put the lid on.

Clean your mouse and mouse pad: If your mouse not a optical mouse your ball wheel gets dirty with the time. you can take the ball out by just opening the lid and clean it with soap. And if you can see internal wheels in mouse it has also black dirt inside, which can be easily be taken out.

Clean your Keyboard: With the air pump just clean the spaces under keys as you did with the motherboard.

Clean your CD, DVD ROMs: You can get CD cleaner liquids and CDs with brush in it, with which you will get user manual to use. They can effectively work for you.

Clean outer parts of your PC (e.g. monitors outer part, motherboard box): First wet a cloth piece squeeze dry it. You can rub a little detergent soap to the cloth and genteelly wipe the outer parts of your computer and wait it to dirty.
